An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager that has a proven sales background in HR or Health and Safety software sales.
No cold calling
The role entails picking up new and recent sales opportunities once the prospect has seen a demonstration of the software.
The Business Development Manager’s nurture the client after the demonstration phase and brings the sale to a close.
If you have experience in selling HR or Health and Safety software and consider yourself an excellent sales person with the ability to close this could be an ideal opportunity.
The company offer a great benefits package which include 27 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays from day 1, a generous pension scheme plus many more.
The Person:
This role would suit someone who wants a long term career with a sustainable and friendly business who operate in an ethical framework where employees are valued as being part of the fabric. The ideal person will be at the mid point in their career having done the hard yards in sales but who is now looking to settle into a softer approach without the pressure of winning new clients.
