Job Description:
A dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive is sought to join a rapidly growing SaaS company in order to drive new business and expand its presence in both the US and UK markets. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key part in building a new territory, targeting mid-market clients, and establishing long-term relationships that will fuel the company's growth and market share.
Orama Solutions has recently been introduced to a company who is a leading SaaS provider known for its innovative customer service solutions. It offers a unique platform that helps businesses seamlessly manage customer interactions across a variety of different channels. By consolidating these interactions into a single, intuitive system, the platform empowers support teams to improve efficiency, enhance agent productivity, and deliver more personalized experiences to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting mid-market companies in the US and UK, with a focus on acquiring new logos and driving business growth.
- Engage with key decision-makers in target accounts, building strong, long-term relationships that drive revenue and ensure client success.
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of the platform to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to tailor outreach efforts and strategies to specific market needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, adjusting sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently, contributing to the company’s overall growth and expansion.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in driving new business and acquiring new logos within the mid-market segment.
- Familiarity with customer support technology, CRM platforms, or multi-channel communication tools is highly preferred.
- Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Comfortable working with clients across time zones, especially in the US and UK.
