More about your role

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team at our residential development site at Chapleton, Aberdeen. You will provide administrative support to the development and construction teams to help the business meet performance targets and to support the management of the office.

You will assist with day to day running of the office, and support with booking meetings, helping to prepare reports and papers for these meetings, in addition to minute taking. You will help with travel and accommodation for people coming to site or for site based staff travelling off site. You will also be required to help with basic finance duties including raising Purchase Orders and tracking invoices through our payments system ensuring timely payment, ensuring we deliver on our promises with our suppliers.

More about you

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who can work to set deadlines and produce accurate records. You will need to have a flexible approach to work to ensure you meet the needs of the various team members. Good IT skills are required, as are basic finance skills and the ability to produce documentation that meets the standards of a busy construction office.
