Position: Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Coventry
Start Date: Monday 28th of October
Duration: Until March 2025
Hours: 8.5 hours per day
Rate: Up to £18.59 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage kitchen and bathroom programmed works across Coventry, Birmingham, and Black Country.
Ensure sufficient coverage of properties in all three regions.
Attend main site office in Coventry and travel to various locations as needed.
Business miles will be reimbursed.
Requirements:
Valid DBS check.
Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP certification.
Build will provide training for these certifications.
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
