Position: Inclusion Assistant

Your Role:

As an Inclusion Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the holistic well-being of our students. Your compassion, patience, and understanding will make a world of difference in creating an atmosphere where students feel safe, respected, and encouraged to thrive.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Individual Students: Work closely with students requiring additional assistance, understanding their unique needs, and providing personalized support to help them reach their full potential.
Promoting Inclusion: Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages participation from all students.
Mentoring and Counselling: Provide emotional support and guidance to students, fostering their self-confidence and resilience.
Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving conflicts between students in a fair and constructive manner, teaching valuable conflict resolution skills.
Liaising with Parents and Guardians: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.Requirements:

Previous experience in working with young people is advantageous, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn and make a difference.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential qualities for this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the school community.
