We are an academy dedicated to providing an exceptional learning experience for our diverse student body in Northampton. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Inclusion Assistant.

About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and motivated individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students. As an Inclusion Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting individual students who require additional assistance, promoting inclusion, and liaising with parents and guardians.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Individual Students: Work closely with students requiring additional assistance, understanding their unique needs, and providing personalized support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Promoting Inclusion: Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages participation from all students.
  • Liaising with Parents and Guardians: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in working with young people is advantageous, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn and make a difference.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential qualities for this role.
  • Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the school community.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
