Sales Administrator

A client of ours in the Maldon area are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

* Creating sales orders, invoicing customers and producing delivery paperwork

* Liaising with third party warehouse to book in/out stock and arrange transport.

* Producing schedules based on order requirements for customers.

* Adjusting and re planning schedules to adhere to customer demand as well as supply chain adjustments

* Preparing and managing purchase orders with suppliers. Approve purchase invoices and match to purchase orders and delivery notes.

* Liaise with suppliers to arrange direct shipments to customers.

* Ability to manage live projects

* Monitoring stock levels and partaking in stock takes

* Managing EDI orders.

* Handling customer queries.

* Providing cover for sales administration

* Providing cover for shipping administration

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Administrator position:

* Confident in dealing with customers and suppliers

* Excellent communication skills verbal and written

* Good time management with ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

* Previous experience within an admin and secretarial role

* High attention to detail

* Advance working knowledge of Excel is a must – SAP experience desirable but not essential

* Full driving license required
