Key Responsibilities:- Order Processing: Process equipment orders from Area Sales Managers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Social Media Promotion: Promote new and used Groundcare equipment on social media platforms, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Administrative Support: Handle manufacturers' paperwork, stock analysis, and control of Groundcare equipment, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Sales Process Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of all areas in our sales processes for new and used Groundcare equipment, ensuring seamless support to the sales team.
- Communication: Provide administrative support for memos, letters, emails, and minutes of meetings, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Reporting: Create monthly reports on commissions and bonuses for staff throughout the company, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Purchasing Department Support: Run areas of the purchasing department reports, developing superior communication between yourself and Managers.
- Supplier Relationships: Build relationships with our suppliers, providing support to the Groundcare Sales Office team both internally and externally.
- Document Preparation: Prepare letters and mail merge documents as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with suppliers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills with knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Accuracy and Multitasking: Accuracy with numbers and the ability to multitask efficiently, meeting deadlines and company guidelines.
- Professional Integrity: High level of professional integrity and the ability to act with discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
- Experience: Comprehensive and proven experience in a similar role, including minute taking.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint, with high-level Excel skills.
- Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail and a professional and tidy appearance.
