About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our established administration team at Provide CIC. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive, professional, and effective administrative support to our clinicians and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support for clinicians and medical staff, including taking minutes of meetings and updating agendas/actions logs.
- Specialist knowledge of a clinical service area or range of services supported by the Administration Support Team.
- Answering queries, progress chasing, task-related problem solving, and resolving issues for clinical/medical staff or patients.
- Producing clinical letters/reports for patients and inputting into clinical and administrative systems.
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy in SystmOne and other systems.
- Providing cover for others within the Administration Support Team, including ad hoc requests to cover reception desks.
Person Specification
- 3 years administrative experience.
- NVQ or equivalent qualification.
- Admin experience and training in Microsoft Office to intermediate level.
