Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving Customers: Serve customers on our trade counter with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handling End-of-Day Banking: Handle end-of-day banking and cashing up procedures.
  • Managing the Internal Estimating System: Manage the internal estimating system by pricing tenders, tracking projects, and liaising with the sales team on won/lost projects.
  • Processing Orders: Process orders accurately and promptly.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Answer phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Negotiating Prices: Negotiate prices with customers and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Increasing Branch Turnover: Proactively seek opportunities to increase branch turnover and profit.
