Job Title: People and Culture Advisor ( Fixed Term Contract)
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 per year
Located: Watford - On-site only
Role Overview:
We are seeking a People and Culture Advisor to oversee day-to-day HR services and ensure high-quality support. This six-month fixed-term contract involves supporting the People & Culture Administration team, driving continuous service improvement, and delivering effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislation to employees and managers.
Lead the end-to-end Employee Services process, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
Manage recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations documentation.
Maintain accurate HR information systems and ensure data integrity.
Support payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.Qualifications:
A UK based applicant with unrestricted right to work
Level 5 CIPD qualified with experience in managing diverse teams preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to analyse metrics and improve service delivery.
