The role of Facilities Assistant (Administrator) is in place to deliver an excellent administrative service to support the Facilities team in providing safe and welcoming premises for all our customers. You will work at Peace Hospice, Watford, but will be required to travel to all Rennie Grove Peace sites so a car and driving licence will be essential.

You will need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

- Liaising with colleagues to communicate the facilities team activities.
- Document control of Facilities paperwork.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Management of Volunteer Training Programme completion.
- Health and Safety administration.
- Stock control and procurement of consumables.
- Project management support.
- Other duties that occur from time to time.

We provide care and support for adults and children diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illness, and their families, visiting day and night. It's important work and, to make it all happen, we need talented and passionate people.
