We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join a rapidly growing FM, Building Services & Compliance Specialist Group.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, craft innovative solutions, and execute strategies that align with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics and market insights.Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
