Position: Administration Assistant
Salary: £28k + car allowance
Location: Thames Valley Region
Role: Full time, permanent position
Essential Site Solutions are working with a long standing client who are looking to add an Administration Assistant to their team in the Thames Valley Region. This is a permanent position covering site works across the Thames Valley Region.
Role requirements for the Administration Assistant:
· Provide administrative assistance to the regional quality manager.
· Interact with colleagues, customers, sub-contractors, maintaining a polite and helpful approach.
· Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences as well as compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
· Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of company and customer information in all actions be a positive and helpful ambassador for the company
· Ensure that internal company relationships with other departments, offices and business units/regions are positive and supportive.
· Support with rolling out and training on new platforms as and when they arise and are in relation to Quality or Aftercare.
· Review projects within the region and produce reports that Support the Regional Quality manager with countdown to completion across the region.
· Coordinate aftercare for Thames Valley along with the Regional Quality Manager, log defects, issue to the supply chain and book in with the customer
What is needed for the Administration Assistant:
· GCSE, or equivalent,
· Experience of working within administrative role/ customer coordinator providing advice and guidance within a support function.
· Ability to understand procedures and policies
· Working well either along or as part of a team,
· Be able to follow oral and written instructions clearly.
· Have a passion for the project at hand and enjoy working in an inclusive and hardworking team environment.
· There will be a requirement from time to time, to travel to other office locations, Slough, Cardiff, Bristol, Southampton and Plymouth
· Hold a full UK driving license, have access to your own vehicle
· Flexible approach and a wiliness to travel long distance.
