We are looking to recruit a hardworking, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Administrator to work remotely in the Bristol area.

The role is wide ranging with its primary purpose to provide administrative assistance to our Operations Director.

You’ll be working remotely with the Operations Director and onboarding and compliance teams along with staff at our head office in Coventry.
- Detail orientated with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively through verbal and written means
- Able to work on own initiative
- Adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required
- Good IT skills - able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiently
- Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English

The position is predominantly a remote working job. However there is a requirement for the successful applicant to visit our local Bristol office possibly 1-2 days a week for training and meetings if required. Daily video conference calls with the Ops Director will also be required as part of the role.

Working hours can be flexible and a part time position may be considered.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
