We are currently recruiting for Office Administrators to support clients across Hastings, Eastbourne and surrounding areas in overseeing the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Enhanced DBS is preffereable but not essential.

About the Role:

Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering as necessary
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
Manage office equipment, ensuring it’s properly maintained and functional
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Ensure the office environment is welcoming and professional for customers and staffAbout You:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
