Office Administrator

For an immediate start we are looking for an office administrator to join our small team at our busy office in Newhaven to help with the day to day planning and running of the business, admin & office experience required.
The role will support the running of a removals company and will be 3 days per week, more hours are available during the busy summer months.
Removals duties will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Booking appointments
- Coordinating the sales admin process
- Dealing with removals enquiries from customers
- Raising quotes and issuing invoices for removals services
- General administrative duties
- Giving professional and helpful customer focused service to our clients each day
- Assist with the generation of job sheets and relevant paperwork for the road crew

- A desire to show initiative
- A good team player who is willing to listen and also learn from others
- Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Word/Excel/Gmail/Outlook)
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Excellent organisation and administration skills essential
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a small team environment is essential
Desirable skills or experience in:
- Social media
- xero
- Experience in Removals and Storage/Logistics industry is beneficial but not essential.
