Our client is a leading sports/hospitality/concierge company with a UHNW clientele.The role wil be responsible for all the administrative tasks, to include· Coordinate meetings, support with diary management & hotel booking· Handle incoming calls· Manage and maintain office stock and supplies· Support with Health & Safety administration· Carry out compliance Audits including gun audits· Applying for Permits & BASC insurance· Support with Export & Import paperwork· Fleet Management· Support with some bookkeeping tasks· Other general office duties· Support the Sporting Office team as required· Collect till receipts, keep in date order· Ensure all goods are booked in on the system· Fulfil online orders· Carry out stock counts· Admin for gun repairs to enable invoicing· General paperwork assistance, including ensuring guns are booked in and out correctlySkills * Proficient in using office software, Word,Excel, * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues. * Attention to detail in data entry and administrative tasks. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. * A genuine like and appreciation of countryside activities * UK Driving LicenceIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for administration and a desire to contribute to a thriving office environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
