Aspire People are looking for Administrators for schools in the Grimsby area

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for people just like you to join us, working within primary and secondary schools in the Grimsby area.

Position: Temporary, part time and full time
Location: Schools in the Grimsby area
Experience: Must have UK based experience working within a school based environment, experience with SIMS is advantageous however strong applicants with similar experience will be considered
Availability: Flexible day to day working, possibility of regular full and part time work

What does the role involve?

We offer staff the opportunity to work in a lively and rewarding environment, supporting both students and teachers in education settings, including nurseries, primary and secondary schools.
This position allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
Duties may include but not limited to:
* Inputting details onto SIMS
* Answering phones and taking messages
* Typing of letters and memos
* Filing, faxing and photocopying
* Dealing with parents and pupils

Who are we looking for?

* Relevant experience within a school
* Experience using SIMS, Microsoft office and other basic administrative systems
* Proactive
* Hardworking
* Used to working to strict deadlines
* Not afraid to take on new tasks
* Able to multi task
* Outgoing and have a friendly personality

Candidates must be comfortable working on a temporary and day to day basis, and all candidates must pass the relevant checks required for working with and around children, including references and an enhanced DBS check.
