Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our dynamic environment while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
Support order processing by entering data accurately into our computer systems.
Help coordinate deliveries and maintain communication with customers regarding their orders.
Assist in managing calendars and scheduling appointments for assessments and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation. Qualifications:

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Highly motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
