We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Co-Educator to join our secondary schools in Harlow. The successful Co-Educator will work collaboratively with teachers to support students’ learning and development across a variety of subjects. This role involves working closely with both individual students and small groups to ensure all learners reach their full potential.
As a Co-Educator, you will play an essential role in supporting students who may require additional assistance, adapting learning resources, and providing guidance to improve their educational outcomes. The ideal candidate for this Co-Educator position will be proactive, patient, and enthusiastic about helping young people thrive in an inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities of the Co-Educator include:
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
Supporting students with academic, social, and emotional needs.
Developing and adapting learning materials to suit the needs of individual learners.
Encouraging student engagement and participation in classroom activities.
