Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join our Multidisciplinary team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As part of our Community Transformation programme, this role offers the opportunity to provide recovery-focused treatment and support to individuals experiencing mental health disorders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Undertake comprehensive assessments, formulating personalized care plans, and providing education and support to develop service users' understanding of mental illness.
  2. Act as a Care Co-ordinator/Lead Practitioner, overseeing the management and maintenance of records on all service users.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 months Band 5 experience in a related field.
  • Care driver with a valid UK license.
  • Post qualification training or evidence of community exposure.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience. The Trust offers a range of benefits, including Season Ticket Loans, NHS discounts, and an excellent Training facilities and opportunities.
