Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner (RMN, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist) – Initial Response Service

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Mental Health Practitioner (RMN, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist) to join the Initial Response Service in Lancashire. Shifts cover a 24/7 service, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct ongoing and accurate risk assessments for service users, evaluating the risks they pose to themselves or others. Communicate these risks to relevant parties involved in the service user's care, including external agencies as necessary.

* Manage risks associated with working with unpredictable user groups in settings where other mental health professionals may not be available.

* Ensure effective risk management strategies are implemented and adapted as needed.

Position Details:

* Location: Lancaster, Lancashire

* Work Pattern: Shifts covering a 24/7 service (Full-time or Part-time available)

* Contract Duration: 3 months

* Rates:

Day Rate: £26.50 per hour

Night/Saturday Rate: £31.50 per hour

Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £36.50 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with experience in risk assessment and management

* Ability to work across a 24/7 service, with flexibility for shifts
