Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for our prestigious client based in Walsall.

Please note: This is an 8 week temporary role to cover our clients peak period

Duties will include:

* Maintain and update the HR/Payroll system with information on new or existing colleagues

* Assist with the review and development of People admin processes

* Administer people-related documentation, such as offers, contracts of employment, change/movers’ letters, right-to-work reminders, and suspension letters

* Ensure information is provided to Reward Team for Company Cars and Car Allowance

* Checking and processing of new starter paperwork for four weekly paid

* Produce and process addendum to contracts and change of details letters for monthly paid promotions and transfers

* Maintaining accurate colleague records, including Colleague files

* Ensure all right-to-work documents are verified and compliant

* To stay up to date on right-to-work and employment laws and regulations

* Responsible for all ad hoc correspondence and mail merge documentation

* Provide regular management information back into the People function to identify areas for improvement

* Look for ways to continually improve the service of the People admin function both in terms of effectiveness and cost

* Multiskilling in all areas of administrative tasks

* Update and maintain the ThinkTime platform with accurate documents and reports for People Admin

* Mailbox & Phone management to answer all emails and calls professionally within the

* People Admin SLA’s

* Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate:

* Experience of working in a HR Administration role (desirable) or a similar role

* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable)

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Working knowledge of HR legislation and best practice

* Working knowledge of right-to-work legislation

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Salary: £11.54 per hour
