What You Will Do:

Spearhead the prioritisation, investigation, and management of key tasks to support strategic objectives.
Play a pivotal role in supporting operational projects for the wider team, ensuring their successful delivery.
Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive partnerships.
Coordinate and facilitate functional team meetings, including offsite meetings, to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
Support the coordination of inputs and delivery of Corporate audit and functional governance.
Act as a conduit for information requests, managing reporting and budget tracking effectively.
What You Will Bring:

Proven experience in a Business Office or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
A keen interest in Technology, Data & AI, with a good knowledge of key business systems and processes.
