**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Our aim in the Business Office is to create a well managed and controlled environment for the property team.

One of the primary duties will be to support the Business Office Manager administrate Corporate Property Committee (CPC). CPC is the governing body for all Property Related matters; critical record keeping, stakeholder management and efficient control of a complex process is an essential part of this role.

All Business Office members are required to raise and make payments within JLR financial systems to meet the company’s Property obligations e.g. payments for rents, rates, service charges, insurances, utilities, construction and maintenance activities.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role and their Business Office colleagues will collaborate to enable the wider Property Department to manage and optimise the use of a diverse global property portfolio

**The role will include**:

- Support the Secretary of Corporate Property Committee
- Administrate supplier ordering/invoicing for safety footwear, consumables etc and delivering process efficiencies.
- Creation and payment of financial transactions (SAP/Accounts Payable/Treasury)
- Demonstrate process excellence / continuous improvement.
- Business Office Absence Cover
- Stakeholder Relationship Management

- Knowledge of key business systems and processes (e.g. SAP, ITESOFT, JLR Way, Tableau)
