Location: Derby (Locomotive House)/Depot
Contract: Temp to Perm, 6-Month Initial Contract (12-Month Assignment)
Pay Rate: Circa £30,000 (Equivalent to £17.47 p/hour)
Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible working hours, 37 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP (Subject to passing a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Test)
Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? We are seeking a Train Presentation Service Delivery Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our Train Presentation (TP) team.
About the Role
As a Train Presentation Service Delivery Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Train Presentation and the Service Delivery Manager to provide vital administrative support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our trains meet Service Quality Regime (SQR) standards, streamlining operations, and enhancing collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust cleaning policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective communication across teams.
Monitor and report on Service Quality Regime (SQR) metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provide administrative support for training and competencies.
Coordinate purchase orders, stock management, and resource planning to maximize efficiency.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance stakeholder engagement and improve collaborative working.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in train presentation operations.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis.
Experienced in developing administrative processes and reporting systems.
Skilled in working with third-party suppliers, managing stock, and building positive relationships.
A self-starter with commercial acumen and a passion for service excellence.
