Client Relationship Leader / Account Director – Elevate Your Career with a Fast-Growing International Firm

This role offers an unparalleled chance to influence decisions at the highest level, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership team, either the CEO or COO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with key employees within our customer base.
- Develop and implement plans to address clients’ business needs.
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes and ensure satisfaction through regular meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Assist the sales team in up-selling or cross-selling services and products.
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
- Set and diligently work towards meeting sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client records on our CRM system and stay abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A self-starter with a successful track record in customer relationship management, ideally within the professional services and technology sectors.
- Proven experience in growing accounts and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
