Temporary 6 month initial contract
£12.00ph + depending on experience
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client, a lively and growing company based in Coleshill, Birmingham, is looking for an enthusiastic customer service advisor to join their team. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic organisation that values your dedication and skills.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Location: Coleshill
What will you do as an Customer service advisor?
Contact customers to process their orders promptly and efficiently.
Undertake general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Experience dealing with enquiries
Utilise the SAP system to accurately process orders and maintain records.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a great experience for every customer.
Display a strong attention to detail in all your tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
Experience using the SAP system to process orders and manage customer data.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills to assist customers effectively.
Strong attention to detail to accurately process orders and maintain records.
