Purpose of the role:

Responsible for coordinating and managing the schedule and movement of Engineers/Partner Engineers to ensure efficient and timely service meeting SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and dispatch Engineers to various locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.

* Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and team members to provide updates, instructions, and resolve any issues.

* Track the status and location of Engineers, to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

* Address and manage emergency and delays by coordinating with the appropriate personnel and resources to provide swift solutions.

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner.

* Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Salary £25,366

Plus, a discretionary bonus of up to £1,440.00 per annum on successful achievement of monthly KPI’s

The Individual:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.

* Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
