Operations Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

Hours: Mon-Fri (40 hours)

This company distribution technical equipment to large blue chip companies across the country. With a growing order book, they are now looking to grow their admin team to deal with high demand of inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the operations team and other departments as needed.

* Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.

* Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

* Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.

* Support HR and finance departments with payroll processing, invoicing, and employee onboarding.

* Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management.

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation as necessary.

* Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to tasks
