Transport Administrator

**Crown Oil have a great opportunity for a transport administrator to join our transport team at our yard in Bury.**
The role involves day to day planning/routing of our daily deliveries in and around the North West aswell as general administration duties from managing delivery documentation to ensuring compliance with current transport regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and chase documentation in support of the transport operation
- Plan and route daily deliveries
- Undertake administrative and filing duties to meet the needs of the Transport Department
- Answer and respond to all incoming calls promptly and politely
- Ensure all internal/external customer queries or concerns are dealt with in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a transportation or administration role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
