What youll be doing:

Oversee all processes and aspects of the service and parts departments, ensuring budgeted labour sales and profits are achieved
Manage your teams, processes, and departments, so they run efficiently and to the highest possible standards. Provide performance reports and analysis
Review customer satisfaction scores, and drive the service teams performance forward
Manage, coach, motivate, and support your team members
Guarantee all aspects of Health and Safety including waste disposal and environmental requirements and legislations are adhered to

What we need from you:

Proven experience as a Service Manager / Aftersales manager in a franchised environment
Confidence in managing departments and teams
Strong technical knowledge and understanding
Excellent communication skills
Good problem-solving and identifying solutions
Confident with MS Office

Location: Chiswick Honda & Chiswick MG, 4 Power Road, Chiswick London W4 5YT
Salary: OTE up to £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, alternate Saturday 08:00 to 13:00
