About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating HR analytics to prioritize project development, working closely with colleagues on people projects, and improving line management capability regarding people matters through effective coaching and guidance.

A competitive estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, makes this an attractive opportunity for those looking to develop their career in HR.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in HR at either Advisor or Officer level, ideally within a unionized environment
  • CIPD Level 5 or studying towards it
  • Experience of working with employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
