Job Title: Human Resources Support Specialist

A unique chance has emerged for a dedicated Human Resources Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at CV-Library.



  • Main responsibilities include delivering exceptional HR support services, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • A critical aspect of the role involves managing Trust HR Recruitment processes, upholding rigorous compliance and safeguarding protocols.
  • The appointed candidate will also be involved in facilitating HR employee relations meetings, collaborating closely with the Senior HR Advisor to address any emerging concerns.
  • In addition, they will be tasked with visiting various school sites, fulfilling specific HR-related obligations and assignments.

Salary Band: £19,200 - £26,000 per year (dependent on hours worked)



Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver first-rate HR support services, encompassing data management, administrative tasks, and project coordination.
  • To oversee Trust HR Recruitment activities, guaranteeing unwavering commitment to Safer Recruitment best practices.
  • To engage in collaborative discussions during HR employee relations meetings, receiving guidance from the Senior HR Advisor where needed.
  • To execute HR-related duties at diverse school sites, serving as an effective point of contact for stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Certified Level 3 HR/CIPD Qualification or equivalent academic achievement
  2. Compulsory Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing the role
  3. A valid Full UK Driving Licence is a necessity for this position
  4. Mandatory possession of GCSE Grade C in both Maths and English or comparable certification (Level 2)
  5. Sound knowledge of HR Principles and Employment Laws is vital for success in this position
  6. Outstanding interpersonal skills are paramount for optimal performance in this role
