Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at LocalJobs4U in Manchester. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the management of recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating various HR projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Aid in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
