**Apprentice HR Coordinator**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a real impact on our business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering projects that drive growth and success. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing policies, and planning training programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement policies that support business objectives, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Manage recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, person specifications, and job adverts, to attract top talent.
- Plan and deliver training programs, including new staff inductions and continuous improvement schemes, to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, with external payroll provider input.
- Undertake salary reviews and manage redundancy programs if required, providing support to employees during challenging times.
- Carry out strategy and planning activities to meet immediate and long-term staff requirements, analyzing training needs with departmental managers.
- Develop and implement policies on working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Liaise with managers on policy areas such as staff performance, organisational structure, and health and safety.
- Prepare staff handbooks and maintain employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Interpret and advise on employment law, providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures, resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
**What We're Looking For:**
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Human Resource Management and Administration, with relevant experience of HR activities, including recruitment and retention, induction and training, equality and diversity, conditions of employment, and disciplinary cases.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The salary range for this position is **£45k - £55k per annum**, plus annual bonus scheme and various other supportive benefits, including private healthcare and 34 days holiday allowance.
