Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our People Division as a People Operations Specialist. As part of this role, you will be working closely with the HR team to handle various processes and policies, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • HR Process Management: Handle sensitive HR matters such as Death in Service and Workplace Adjustments
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and respond to queries effectively
Your Responsibilities:

You will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure, coupled with your expertise in HR policies and processes, enables you to guide and advise colleagues and managers effectively.

Key Benefits:
