About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Segal Group, Inc. in a role that offers professional growth and challenges.

You will work as an Associate in the Human Resources Department, performing a range of activities to develop your skills and expertise in Human Resources. You will collaborate with teams and individuals both within and outside the HR Department on various tasks, requiring initiative, multitasking, and meeting multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The position reports jointly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and VP, Director of Talent Acquisition, based in the New York office with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

  • Provide support for Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for open requisitions using available job board subscriptions.
  • Collaborate on National Campus Recruiting and Internship Programs.
  • Diversity Initiatives: outreach and relationship management of diversity associations and search partners focusing on diverse talent.
  • Special Projects for CHRO and VP/Director of Talent Acquisition, including data analytics, Taleo applicant system maintenance requests, HR automation improvements, payroll processing backup, and generating compensation reports.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting or leading initiatives to deliver high-quality HR operational services in a professional services firm and/or corporate environment.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, software familiarity with talent portals/candidate systems like Taleo, Workday, and complex tools/applications like MS Power BI.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
