Job Description

The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of change initiatives across the organisation. This will involve working closely with stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to address these challenges.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • LEADING CHANGE INITIATIVES TO DRIVE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
  • DEVELOPING HIGH-QUALITY REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO SUPPORT DECISION-MAKING
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE COLLABORATIVE WORKING AND COMMUNICATION

We offer a competitive salary of £42,862 per annum (Band 6), plus access to comprehensive training and development opportunities. This is a permanent, part-time position based in Dorchester, Dorset.
