About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tenancy and Estates Manager to join our team at Places for People. As a dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Tenancies and Estates: Carry out tenancy reviews and property inspections to ensure estate standards are upheld and budgets are adhered to within a customer-focused framework.
  • Develop Community Plans: Work with your team to create neighbourhood and continuous improvement plans that drive positive change and community engagement.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer effective and efficient tenancy and estate management services to our customers, ensuring a polite and courteous manner at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in Housing Management: Proven experience in carrying out a Housing Officer/Housing Manager role and directly managing affordable housing.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and knowledge of housing and tenancy legislation and procedures.
  • Team Player: Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
