Magna Housing Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Surveyor to oversee large repair projects, manage surveyor teams, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing budgets, coordinating with clients, and delivering monthly reports and cost analyses. You will also manage work programmes to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, KPIs, and budget forecasting across all Magna stock.

  • You will ensure all work complies with industry regulations, collaborate with external auditors, and address their findings.
  • Manage team members, ensuring Health & Safety training is current and organise necessary training sessions.
  • Resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Requirements
  • You will have extensive knowledge of HHSRS, Housing Act 2004, CDM Regulations 2015 (including 2023 amendment), and Decent Homes Standard 2006.
  • A proven track record of leading teams to achieve targets and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong technical knowledge in surveying and construction, with excellent communication, numeracy, and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in a construction-related field is advantageous, but equivalent experience will be considered.

The salary for this role is £42,998 per annum plus benefits, which is competitive with industry standards.
