The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing innovative sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our market share within the food industry.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers, to expand our client base and sustain long-term partnerships.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to ensure continuous expansion and diversification of our sales portfolio.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to our company's success.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination for the timely delivery of products and services, enhancing our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements for this role include:

  • B2B sales experience, with a strong understanding of the complexities of our industry and the ability to engage with our clientele effectively.
  • Food industry knowledge, with a competitive edge in this role, including familiarity with industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
  • Sales strategy expertise, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven approach, with a willingness to travel as needed to meet customer needs and nurture relationships face-to-face.
