Strategic Business Development Manager for Security Solutions

At the Zitko Group Ltd, we're committed to driving growth while prioritizing employee satisfaction and development. Our newly formed group of established businesses designs, installs, maintains, and monitors electronic life safety and security systems across St Albans and Birmingham.
We're seeking an experienced fire & security Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive success across all companies within the group. You'll be a passionate and driven leader who inspires and supports your team to excel in customer service, engineering standards, and financial goals.
This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with the Group Sales Director, managing team performance, and building a culture focused on team well-being and growth. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 35 days (1 day extra per annum to 30 days and a further 5 days after 10 years), as well as a Wellness & Employee Assistance Programme, death in service insurance, and access to mental health care support.
You'll have a background in account management and a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
