Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our European team, reporting directly to our VP of Sales & Marketing in Paris.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience selling IT solutions to clients in the life sciences sector and be fluent in English and French, with native English speakers being a plus for this position.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales plans, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert insights and advice.
- Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and partnerships.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
