Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team at RecRight Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across one of our product portfolios. Your primary objective will be to secure profitable business within an allocated customer base and geography, meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets.

In this role, you will proactively identify future clients and make them aware of our products and services, building a pipeline for the future. You will also prospect for new accounts through referrals, suppliers, social media and industry publications, as well as analyse and react to customer spending habits to ensure the correct products and services are being offered.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will maintain high service levels to current customers, focusing on building strong relationships to aid retention. You will represent the company at meetings and events with customers, demonstrating our high-quality products and services.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary with an OTE of approx. £42,000, making this an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers in sales.
