Job Description

The role of the Sales and Business Development Executive is to drive sales growth for Proactive Solutions Group Ltd by developing strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities. As an experienced Electrical Wholesale Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, negotiating prices, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will enable you to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop strategic plans to grow sales
  • Negotiate prices and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets

About You

  • You have at least 2 years' experience in sales or a related field
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus commission, profit share, and other bonuses. Working hours are 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at overtime.
