We're currently looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join us at one of our branches. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing our staff to reach their full potential.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager to create a positive and productive work environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure we exceed our customers' expectations
  • Developing business opportunities from new, lapsed, and existing customers to drive revenue growth
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve our goals

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in sales and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. A good knowledge of the building materials industry would be an advantage, although we're happy to provide training and development opportunities to help you grow.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 24 days annual leave, company pension scheme, death in service, and career progression opportunities.
