Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at The ONE Group Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeting New Customers and Markets: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Establishing and Developing Existing Low or Lapsed Customers: Re-engage and grow relationships with dormant or low-activity clients to maximize sales potential.
- Creating Demand for Our Products: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the company's extensive portfolio of products to business clients.
Main Duties:
- Proactively develop new business opportunities to increase market share through regular outreach and targeting.
- Deliver effective sales presentations to new and prospective clients.
- CPD sessions for staff and clients.
- Improve awareness of the company's reputation, products, and services throughout targeted areas.
- Devise annual strategic sales plans and goals.
- Develop strong and professional customer relationships.
- Monitor and report on activities.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements and Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong and proven track record of business development.
- Ability to evaluate the strength of leads.
- Commercially savvy with a sophisticated sales style.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite.
