Job Title: Business Development Manager (National) Construction Roofing/Fenestration's
Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The One Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and developing business opportunities nationally by creating, nurturing, and developing relationships with prospective and current clients to meet and exceed sales targets specified by the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Targeting new customers and markets: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Establishing and developing existing low or lapsed customers: Re-engage and grow relationships with dormant or low-activity clients.
- Creating demand for our extensive portfolio of products with B2B clients: Promote and sell the company's products to business clients.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication/ negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong and proven track record of business development.
- Ability to evaluate the strength of leads to maintain a clear and realistic pipeline.
- Ability to work remotely and manage own workload.
- Commercially savvy with a sophisticated, confident sales and presentation style.
- Excellent spoken English and flexible communication skills for interfacing with suppliers and customers of various backgrounds.
- Excellent written and reporting skills.
- Strong IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite.
